2. Products and Orders
Product Availability
All products available for purchase on StudioSande are subject to availability. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
Product Descriptions
StudioSande specializes in handmade items including vinyl stickers, apparel, reusable sticker books, 3D-printed bookmarks, washi cutters, magnets, and keychains. Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of our products, slight variations and minor imperfections may occur and are considered part of the product's uniqueness.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is securely processed through Shopify, and by completing your purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed promptly and shipped according to our stated policies. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. StudioSande is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect addresses.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods
Shipping is handled through Shopify’s integrated shipping partners, typically USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with additional carriers as needed. StudioSande does not guarantee specific delivery times but strives to ship all orders within the stated processing time.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to process orders quickly, StudioSande is not responsible for delays due to postal service disruptions, customs processing, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to additional shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Returns and Exchanges
Return Policy
Due to the custom-made and handmade nature of our products—including vinyl stickers, apparel, and 3D-printed items—StudioSande does not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photo proof of the issue must be sent to sande@studiosande.com for review. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.
3D-Printed Products
Please note that minor surface imperfections, small texture inconsistencies, or slight color variations in 3D-printed products are normal and do not qualify as defects. Significant damage or manufacturing defects will be eligible for replacement as outlined above.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership
All designs, logos, images, products, and website content associated with StudioSande are the intellectual property of Sande Edwards. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.
License to Use
By purchasing from StudioSande, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the products for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
