Refund policy


At StickerBongo, every order is made with care. Many of our products are custom-made or printed specifically for you, so please review the policies below before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made or printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, color, or design, or other changes of mind.

If we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at sande@stickerbongo.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once we've reviewed the issue, we'll work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Custom Orders

Please carefully review all personalization details, uploaded artwork, proofs, and shipping information before approving your order.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or changed.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights to any artwork, logos, or images they upload.

AI Policy

AI is a tool, not a replacement for creativity.

Most original StickerBongo products are designed by a real human (that's me!). AI may occasionally be used for brainstorming, research, or exploring concepts, but every original design is reviewed, refined, and finalized by a human before it is offered for sale.

We also print customer-provided artwork, including AI-generated artwork, provided you have the legal right to use it and it does not infringe on copyrights or trademarks.

Customer artwork is used only to produce your order. We do not sell, share, or use customer artwork to train AI models.

3D Printed Products

Our 3D-printed products are made individually and may have small layer lines or minor surface variations. These are a normal part of the manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

If your item arrives damaged or has a significant manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll gladly resolve the issue.
