Refund policy
At StudioSande, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade items—including stickers, apparel, 3D-printed bookmarks, washi cutters, keychains, and fridge magnets. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there has been an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To assist you promptly, provide photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item via email to sande@studiosande.com. Once we receive the necessary photo proof, we will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or another appropriate solution.
3D-Printed Products
Please note that our 3D-printed items are handmade and may exhibit slight variations or minor imperfections, which are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted goods. These minor differences do not qualify as defects. However, if your 3D-printed item arrives with significant defects or damage, please follow the same procedure outlined above for damaged or incorrect items.
