Our Policies

We maintain a less than 1% defect rate. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and provide a photograph that indicates a problem. We will reproduce any defective items after verifying the issue.

Since every order is 100% custom, we do not allow returns for reasons unrelated to quality. For example, we cannot refund or reproduce your order if you decide you do not want it, ordered the wrong size or prefer a different product. The most important aspects of our returns & refunds policies are:

  • We must be contacted within 72 hours from delivery of any defects.

  • We require you submit a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.

  • We may request that you return 100% of a defective order before we reproduce your order

  • We will pay for shipping and provide a shipping label if a return is required.

  • We will reproduce or refund your order within 5 days if we verify that we made an error.

  • We will use the original production time and shipping method when reproducing an order.

  • All sales are final.

Returns and Refunds

Incorrect Addresses

Orders with wrong shipping addresses cannot be corrected after the shipping label is created and you have received your tracking number. We also cannot cancel any orders after the shipping label has been created.

Lost or Damaged Items

 If you have a lost or damaged your item, please contact us with damaged photos and we will help you replace or refund the order. All orders come with tracking free of charge to ensure the safety of our customers' orders.


We cannot exchange custom orders if there is a customization error on your entry. Only orders with mistakes made by StudioSande or our manufacturer can be exchanged.

No Returns on Custom Items

All items are custom made to order. No returns are available for custom items unless we make a mistake on the order. We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with tears, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.
